Katie was born and raised in New Orleans, but moved to Metairie in 2003. She worked as a picture framer and body shop assistant manager before embracing her inner nerdiness in August of 2004. Since joining the Rent-A-Nerd team, Katie has learned more about computers than she ever thought she’d need to know, seen things no mere mortal should have to see, and worked with some of the Crescent City’s nerdiest inhabitants. She says it’s been a ‘rewarding experience’.
