I called Rent-a-Nerd for several problems we were having with our network. Our technician, Bret, showed up on time and fixed the issues, four in all, in about 20 minutes. I expected to be charged for the full hour even though he finished early, and was pretty surprised when Bret told me that since he finished early, he wanted to know if there was anything else he could do for us. Of course there are all kinds of little details like slow running programs, printing issues, software reading problems, etc. that I would love to have an expert look at. He fixed them ALL!
