Preventative Maintenance
Nerd Maintenance Agreements provide a cost effective way to identify problems before they impact your network. With each maintenance agreement, customers are assigned a dedicated Nerd to visit monthly and assess the contracted systems, verifying that anti-virus, anti-spyware, and Windows software is up to date; making sure that the local backup is running properly, and examining Event Logs for potential problems. PLUSTime (prepaid discounted service) may also be bundled to the maintenance contract to handle any problems that do arise during the contract period.
