Service Contracts

Nerd Service Contracts are ideal for networks with servers or more than ten workstations. Service Contracts provide customers a dedicated Nerd and a specified number of service hours each month. Contract customers are guaranteed priority service, and special arrangements can be made for after-hours or weekend work, when mission-critical repairs need to be handled while minimizing downtime.
