Remote Assistance

If you have a working Internet connection and your problem is not hardware related, Rent-A-Nerd technicians can (with your help) log into your computer. Remote assistance appointments are perfect for situations where you need a few questions answered, some minor adjustments to system settings, or when you aren't sure what your problem is and whether it warrants a service call.

Remote Assistance is NOT available for machines that have no Internet access.
